Residential Property Appeal Form

Filing this form will create an appeal of the Assessor’s opinion of value and/or classification of the property. The board of review can increase, decrease, or not change the value of the property appealed.


Appeals and all evidence must be submitted by the filing deadline.

A hearing will be docketed for every appeal filed on time.

Decision letters will be mailed to appellants after all hearings have concluded.
